Exhibitor Checklist

Register to Exhibit

You must be a registered exhibitor to participate in this event.

Submit Exhibitor Reps

This information is used to create your exhibitor name badge. You may register up to three (3) representatives per table. This information is due no later than Wednesday, November 27.

Apply for Visitor Pass

All non-DoD ID Cardholders will need to register for entry onto Fort Eisenhower. The link to the website for registration is: https://pass.aie.army.mil/steps/branch_selection. Pre-registration using this link will open 14 days in advance of the event and closes 24 hours prior to the event. If you miss this window, you must visit the VCC and use the kiosk to register. Please allow ample time for this process on-site. The VCC is positioned by Gate 6, Access Control Point 6 and is located off Gordon Highway (US-78) on the east side of the post.

NCSI cannot guarantee installation access if an exhibiting company fails to submit completed security information on time for its representatives.
This installation has the right to deny access to an event participant for any reason.

Please ensure you have a federally compliant REAL ID.

Log into the Exhibitor Portal

Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide.

Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.

Set the Date of Visit Start as 12/04/2024 (this will allow you to pick up a physical pass starting as early as Wednesday, December 4th)

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM Exhibitor break down

Driving Directions

If you have been preapproved for a pass, you may go directly to Gate 6 and present your driver’s license for scanning (per your confirmation text instructions). You will need to show the guards a REAL Compliant valid license/ID. You may also pick up a physical pass starting 12/04/2024 from the Visitor Control Center, located outside Gate 6 off Gordon Highway (US-78), open 6am-5pm.

If not pre-approved, please visit the Visitor Control Center, located outside Gate 6 off Gordon Highway (US-78), open 6am-5pm, to submit your information.

From Gate 6 to the Eisenhower Conference & Catering

Follow 107th Avenue to the first roundabout.
Take the 3rd exit on this roundabout towards 12th Street.
Follow 12th Street to the next roundabout.
Take the 1st exit on to Lane Avenue. Follow Lane Avenue to 19th Street; make a left.
Eisenhower Conference & Catering will be on the left.
