Exhibitor Checklist

Register to Exhibit
You must be a registered exhibitor to participate in this event.

Submit Exhibitor Reps
This information is used to create your exhibitor name badge. You may register up to three (3) representatives per table. The submission deadline for Exhibitor Representatives is Tuesday, March 4.

Apply for Visitor Pass
All exhibitors without a DoD ID card should apply  online for their visitor's pass ahead of time. This process is only valid for US Citizens. When signing in online for a pass two options open 1) Visitor Pass or 2) Special Event Pass. Exhibitors must choose 1) Visitor Pass as we do not have an events code in their system. Please select Fort Liberty from the drop-down menu, as they have not updated their system yet with the name change. Shortly after the pass application is completed and access has been granted, visitors will receive instructions on which gate to enter. If access is denied, visitors will be alerted and must go to the Visitor Center prior to base entry. It is recommended that visitors submit pass applications 24 hours in advance of their planned visit.

  • NCSI cannot guarantee installation access if an exhibiting company fails to submit completed security information on time for its representatives.
  • This installation has the right to deny access to an event participant for any reason.
  • If you are not a U.S. Citizen please contact NCSI.
  • Please ensure you have a federally compliant REAL ID.

Log into the Exhibitor Portal
Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide.

Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.

From the All-American Visitor Control Center/Main Gate to the Iron Mike Conference Center

  • Stay in the far-left lane as you approach the gate, show the guard your ID/visitor pass
  • Continue straight on All American Freeway for 1.5 miles
  • Turn left on to Zabitosky Road
  • Turn left on Bastogne Drive
  • Turn left on Rock Merritt Ave
  • Iron Mike Conference Center is the large building on the right with a red roof
