Exhibitor Checklist

Register to Exhibit
You must be a registered exhibitor to participate in this event.

Submit Security
Security information is needed for each exhibitor representative in order to gain installation access. You may submit up to three representatives per table. This information is also used to create your exhibitor name badge. This information is due no later than Friday, January 10. 

  • You may register up to three (3) representatives per table. 
  • NCSI cannot guarantee installation access if an exhibiting company fails to submit completed security information on time for its representatives.
  • This installation has the right to deny access to an event participant for any reason.
  • If you are not a U.S. Citizen please contact NCSI.
  • Please ensure you have a federally compliant REAL ID.

Log into the Exhibitor Portal
Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide.

Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.

   Speaking Opportunities

USAFE and AFCEA are looking to have Tech Talks during the Tech Expo. The Tech Talks will run concurrently with the exhibits in a sidebar room at the Ramstein Officers’ Club. Each speaker will have 20 minutes total. Presentations should be educational with a focus on cybersecurity and AI. Offering CEU's is encouraged. You must be a registered exhibitor or government/military attendee to speak.

Submissions are due by Fri 10 January.

   Driving Directions

Exhibitors without a DoD ID need to go to the Visitor Center to pick up a visitor pass. VC hours are 0600-2200. You will need to show your passport and let them know you are there to get your visitor pass for the Tech Expo. It is encouraged to pick up your pass the day before. Please allow ample time to get your pass from the Visitor Center.

From the Main Gate to the Officers' Club

  • Proceed to the gate and show the guards your visitor’s pass and photo ID
  • After entering the gate, stay on Kisling Memorial Drive as it winds around 
  • Turn left onto Lincoln Boulevard and the Officers’ Club will be on your right
