Exhibitor Checklist

Register to Exhibit
You must be a registered exhibitor to participate in this event.

Submit Exhibitor Reps
Exhibitor representative information is needed for all reps staffing the table. You may submit up to three representatives per table. This information is also used to create your exhibitor name badge. This information is due no later than Friday, March 14.

  • You may register up to three (3) representatives per table. 
  • NCSI cannot guarantee installation access if an exhibiting company fails to submit completed security information on time for its representatives.
  • This installation has the right to deny access to an event participant for any reason.
  • If you are not a U.S. Citizen please contact NCSI.
  • Please ensure you have a federally compliant REAL ID.

Log into the Exhibitor Portal
Update your exhibitor profile to include your company description, representatives, key technologies, and contact details. This information will be used to populate your online exhibitor listing as well as the printed program guide.

Once you are logged in, you will see the option to manage different events that your company has registered to attend. Because each event contains its own specific fields, the information will not copy over from one event to the next and you will need to edit each of the events individually.

   Speaking Opportunities

The Industry and Military Tech Talks will run concurrently with the exhibits in a sidebar room at the TMAC. Each speaker will have 1 hour total, 45 minutes to speak and 15 minutes for Q&A. Presentations should be educationally focus and selection is based on the host units approval. Offering CEU's is encouraged. You must be a registered exhibitor or government/military attendee to speak.

Installation Access

Fort Huachuca has suspended the Trusted Traveler program until further notice. Individuals with a common access card (CAC), military ID, military family member ID, Gold Star/Survivor Access ID, or other valid Department of Defense (DoD) credential, are permitted access to Fort Huachuca.

If you do not have a CAC (Common Access Card), you must complete a background check and have an installation access badge issued. Bring a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo identification to the Visitor Control Center (VCC) located at the Van Deman Gate. All visitors must present a REAL ID Act-compliant identification to initiate the background check. The guard will ask you the purpose and location of your visit, to which you reply Tech Summit at the Thunder Mountain Activity Center. You will be issued a badge upon completion.

Van Deman Gate & Visitor Control Center Hours

Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

From the Van Deman Gate/Visitor Control Center to the Thunder Mountain Activity Center

  • Once through the Van Deman Gate, continue on Hatfield Street through two traffic signals.
  • At the third signal, turn left on to Irwin Street
  • Turn left onto Kelsey Ave
  • Turn left on Fourth Street
  • The Thunder Mountain Activity Center is on the left
